Ontario Human Rights Commission Echoes More Serious Concerns with the Ontario Critical Care Triage Plan – Will the Ford Government Start to Listen This Time?

On March 1, 2021, the Ontario Human Rights Commission wrote the Ford Government a strong letter, set out below. It echoes a number of our serious problems with the Ontario critical care triage plan. It specifically references concerns that have been raised by the AODA Alliance and the ARCH Disability Law Centre.
