The Ontario Government called five provincial by-elections for August 1, 2013. The parties and media are treating this like a mini provincial election. The five Ridings where by-elections are to be held are spread around Ontario, including Windsor-Tecumseh, London-West, Ottawa-South, Scarborough-Guildwood, and Etobicoke-Lakeshore.
