VCH Investigation Unable To Conclude Why It Told the Truth

On July 7, 2015 VCH released the report of an investigation into why one of their media spokespeople told the truth in 2012. The three year meticulous,
exhaustive investigation was unable to conclude why the spokesperson told the truth. VCH issued a highly qualified, carefully worded safety blanket apology to their stakeholders, and made a commitment to never tell the truth again.

Stuck on the Sidelines
Transit will tell you the city buses are all wheelchair accessible, but the old ramps only work on a sidewalk or curb. We need accessible buses that can help people in wheelchairs whether there is a sidewalk, curb or nothing.

Quebec Superior Court Assumes Jurisdiction Over Accessibility Class Action
The backdrop to the class action was a January 2008 decision of the CTA (Decision 6-AT-A-2008) in which WestJet (along with Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz)
was prohibited from charging a fare for any additional seat required by persons who were disabled by reason of their obesity.
