Part 1: Major Findings and Recommendations in the Moran Report that We Support

In September, 2013, the Ontario Government appointed Professor Mayo Moran to conduct an Independent Review of its implementation and enforcement of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Her task, required under section 41 of the AODA, was to see if Ontario is on schedule to reach full accessibility for people with disabilities by 2025, as the AODA requires.
